The model 6039 can be used as time standard in PCs with PCI-bus interfaces.
There are three different synchronisation possibilities for this board:
The board 6039 is plugged directly into a PCI space of a PC.
It serves for the synchronization of different data acquisition or recording systems. Main ranges of application are the synchronization of data networks, BDE-time registration or personal data systems. A direct access to the board enables the time output in msec.
There are driver software for Windows 95/98, NT, 2000, ME, NTP (Network Time Protocol) available.
